PROJECT SCOPE
The SR-60 Improvement Project will allow the team to perform preliminary engineering on the existing interchange at Theodore Street to improve current traffic conditions. The team will produce deliverables described below for their respective interchanges to be included in the Project Study Report.

ALTERNATIVES
Based on the screening-level analysis, five alternatives and a no build alternative were developed. The five alternatives and no build option are:
Alternative 0: No Build
Alternative 1: Hybrid Diamond Interchange
Alternative 2: Partial Cloverleaf Interchange
Alternative 3: Diverging Diamond Interchange
Alternative 4: Single Point Urban Interchange
Alternative 5: Continuous Flow Interchange
The proposed Theodore Street overcrossing structure for all alternatives would span across the freeway cross section.
