ABOUT MERachel grew up in Torrance, California with her parents and younger sister. She stands at a whopping 4 feet 11 inches tall with a passion for transportation engineering. In her spare time she likes to find good eats and play her ukulele. Rachel plans to get her Engineering in Training before she graduates in June 2016.

to the respective leads. She makes sure that all deadlines are met and acts as
a liaison between the Caltrans advisors, Dr. Jia, and the senior project team.
